Obituary for Donald Lee "Duck" Baker

Donald “Duck” Lee Baker of Havre de Grace, MD passed away at home on February 3, 2016. He was 65. He was the loving husband of the late Sandra Lee Baker.

Mr. Baker was born in Havre de Grace, MD to the late Clifton C. and Margaret J. (Owens) Baker. He was the devoted father to Sandra Annette Wright and Donald Wesley Baker. He was the adoring grandfather to Brandon, Amanda, Calvin, Jessica, Krista and Michael and the great-grandfather of ten. “Duck” was the brother of Bonnie M. Greene, Lavern K. Hefner, Joseph C. Baker, Leonard C. Baker, Ronald P. Baker, Thomas B. Baker, Robert J. Baker and the late Ralph J. Baker.

“Duck” had retired as a Long shore man. He was an avid fisherman and waterman at heart. He loved the water and the Chesapeake Bay. He was a joker, playing cards and taking long car rides. He enjoyed watching his Westerns.

A viewing will be held on Monday, February 8, 2016 from 10 A.M. to 12 P.M. at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD. Where a funeral service will be held at 12 P.M.

Interment will be at Harford Memorial Gardens in Aberdeen, Maryland
