Edward J. Dukes, Jr. of Bel Air, MD passed away after a long illness on January 11th, 2014 at Lorien at Riverside. He was 59 years old. Mr. Dukes was born in Havre de Grace, MD to the late Edward J. Dukes, Sr. and Elva E. Weaver Dukes. He was the husband of Nellie I. Dukes. Mr. Dukes is survived by his only son Edward J. Dukes, III. He was the brother of the Late Phyllis Miller. He had worked for the NSA.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th, 2014 from 5 to 7 P.M. at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD 21078. Interment will be Private. Messages of condolences may be made to www.zellmanfuneralhome.com
