Lillian Elizabeth Mae Liberatore



Lillian Elizabeth Mae Liberatore, of Havre de Grace, Maryland, passed away on April 4, 2013. She was 80. She was born in Pennsylvania to the late Lewis and Clara Mae (Riley) Reichert.

She was the loving wife to the late Ralph J. Liberatore. She was the devoted mother to Ralph J. Liberatore, II and his wife Gail of Bear, DE and Patricia Ann Liberatore-Wilson of Aberdeen, MD. She was the adoring grandmother of Gregory Wilson, Jr., Maria Simon, Jessica Wilson, Danielle Belford and Patrick Liberatore, and the great-grandmother of Harlie Wilson, Ryder Wilson, Kayla Belford and Alexandria Johnston. She is survived by her beloved dog “Foxy”

Mrs. Liberatore attended Perryville High School and lived in Principio until she was married. She worked at Reeds Drug Store, Five and Dime, Goll’s Bakery before working as a Switchboard Operator for the C&P Telephone Company. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She loved to dance, laugh and play practical jokes.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 from 10 A.M. to 12 P.M. at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 P.M. on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at The Church of St. Patrick, 615 Congress Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD

Officiating will be Father John J. Abrahams

Interment will be held at the Mt. Erin Cemetery

Pallbearers will be Thomas Marron, Kevin Simon, Greg Wilson, Frank Liberatore, Joe Liberatore, Jr. and John Lewis. Honorary Pallbearer will be John Corerri.

Contributions may be made to St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Cemetery Fund, 615 Congress Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD 21078
