Mabelle Adelyne Meade

Mabelle Adelyne Meade, age 95, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on March 26, 2012. Mabelle was born in Flushing, New York, to the late Chester and Mabel Van Buren Rakeman. Her husband Richard Joseph Meade preceded her on June 25, 1996. Mabelle was the loving mother of Donna Jolley (Jack) of Aberdeen, Md, Richard J. Meade, Jr. (Linda) of Newnan, GA, Marylin Meade of Cape Coral, FL, Carol Gundling of Havre de Grace, MD, John C. Meade (Lorraine) of Ripley, NY, William F. Meade (Sheila) of Hanover Park, IL, James R. Meade (Mary) of Erie, PA, Martha Meade of Erie, PA, Patricia Peebles (John) of Erie PA, and Celia Fellows (Edwin) of Naples, FL. Mabelle is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and ten great- grandchildren.

Mabelle was a member of the Young at Heart Club in Havre de Grace, MD., and an active member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Havre de Grace.

A Mass of Resurrection will be held on Monday, April 2, 2012, at 11:00 AM, at St.
Patrick's Catholic Church, 615 Congress Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD. Father William
J. O' Brien will officiate. Interment will be held at Mt. Erin Cemetery.
