My heart is saddened to hear the passing of Phil. Phil was a dedicated volunteer each Friday at Citizens Care Center. He brought laughter to each one of us with his humor. Phil loved telling us all jokes. He will be so missed. He will forever live in our hearts because he touched so many with his generous sense of humor, giving and kind heart. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. RIP Phil.
