Rebecca Gilbert Craig

Rebecca Gilbert Craig of Cordova, MD, formally of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2012. She was 98.
She was born in Havre de Grace to the late Reese Moulton Gilbert and Grace Cooley Gilbert.
Mrs. Craig was the loving mother of Renna C. Ambrose of Cordova, MD, Sharon C. Mariani and her husband, Richard, of Towson, MD and Donald I. Craig, Jr. and his wife, Vonda, of Salisbury, MD. She was the adored grandmother of Bruce Ambrose of Chester, MD, Lynn Lamb and husband, Steve, of Cordova, MD, Karen Manny and husband, Brian, of Alexandria,VA, Tom Mariani of Towson, MD, Cathy Fykes and husband, Eric, of Salisbury, MD, Don Craig,III and wife, Kelly, of Wylie,TX, Tim Craig and wife,Sharon, of Queen Creek, AZ.
She was great-grandmother of Hailey, Adam, Sarah, Allison, Alexander, Michael, Joshua, Lauren, Zachary, Shelby, Justin and Amelia.
Rebecca is also survived by her dear sister Rowena Harrison of Havre de Grace, MD, and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her infant son, Bruce, her brother, Reese M. Gilbert and her son-in-law, Truman "Butch" Ambrose.
Services will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, December 1, 2012, at Wesleyan Chapel, 409 North Paradise Road at Chapel Road, Aberdeen, Maryland. Interment will be at Wesleyan Cemetery.
