Obituary for Ronald Clayton Gobble Sr.

Ronald C. Gobble, Sr. of Conowingo, MD passed away on June 5, 2015 at the Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. He was 70. He was the devoted husband of 52 years to Brenda R. Gobble.

Mr. Gobble was born in Washington County, VA to the Late Calvin J. Gobble and Margaret Prevatt.

He was the loving father to Deborah Brewer and her husband Michael, Lisa Pinckney and her husband Wade, Kimberly Barnes and her fiance Dan Draper, and Ronald Gobble, Jr., and his wife Rebecca. He was the grandfather to Timothy Gobble, Courtney Ruese, Nittiya Hartman, Angela Jones, Vanessa Casteel, Tyler Elmore, George Cullum, Amber Riley, James Riley, Ronald Gobble, III, the late Justin Anthony and Ashley Nicole Riley. He was the great-grandfather of many. He was the brother of Harold Gobble, Larry Terry, Edith Terry Sellac, the late Peggy Gobble and the late Bill Gobble.

Mr. Gobble was a Heavy Equipment Crane Operator for many years. He loved Antique cars, was an avid collector of model cars and knives. He enjoyed watching his old war movies and NASCAR. He will be missed by all but especially his beloved dog “Macy”

A Memorial Service will be held at Baker Cemetery, Aberdeen, MD on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 10 A.M.
