Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Wanda Lay can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: The Dahl House
Condolence: Miss Petey was one of the most loving and caring women I know. She was a great role model for me and my family. She loved and welcomed us into her family. The other night I was laying with JoJo to help her fall asleep and she said to me, "Mommy, Miss Petey used to play Barbies with me while Mom-Mom cooked lunch for us" Thank you for giving us such sweet memories. And thank you God for having these amazing people in our life. I know she is in the joy of the Lord. Our love to all of you!

I am so sorry for your loss. I will always remember Miss Petey riding along in the van with you on your flower deliveries. I loved going out and talking with her. She will be missed God bless

Condolence: Miss Petey was the nicest person I have ever known. I will never forget the times we spent together with Janet and her family growing up. We were family and like sisters. Miss Petey and Donald were like 2nd parents to us and the type of people you just never forget. I am so sorry for your loss and she will be missed terribly.

Condolence: There is a miracle called friendship,
That dwells within the heart,
And you don't know how it happens,
Or where it gets it start.
But the happiness it brings,
Always gives a special lift,
And then you realize that friendship,
Is GOD's most precious gift.

Miss Petey Lay without a doubt was our most precious gift. She touched us all in her own special way. While her physical presence may have been take from us, trust us, she will never be forgotten because she left behind a treasure chest filled with precious memories that we will all cherish forever. Her candle burned out long before her memory ever will.

With deepest sympathy
