Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Peter Menegas can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: COL (R) Nancy L. Vause, Ph.D.
Condolence: When one says, "They don't make like that anymore!" , they ARE talking about the one and only Peter Menegas! He WAS a devoted husband, dedicated father, doting grandfather, brave WWII war hero, loyal American patriot, talented professional medical photographer, devoted animal lover, brilliant TV show contestant, creative cook, interesting conversationalist and amazing friend! I will miss his wit and humor but know the Angels are rejoicing since he joined their ranks! I know he will keep them busy and entertained!! I also feel confident he lives on in the memories of those whose lives he touched - particularly in the hearts of those who loved him!!!

Condolence From: Mary and Steve Sattler
Condolence: That million dollar sense of humor! One of our first encounters with Peter was his insistence on having us watch his appearance on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. His wit, sense of humor, and smarts earned him a few bucks on the show and us a new friend. We enjoyed his company, his wit, his smile and his story telling...and we especially had fun with Peter making fun of his New York sports teams. We will miss him dearly!

Condolence: Peter was a gift to the Timonium Ct. Neighborhood and to all those who had the honor and pleasure of knowing him. He was a delightful storyteller who entertained us with his witty observations and concealed (exceptional) intelligence. He will be missed by those who admired him and looked forward to sitting for a chat at his private bench. Farewell, my friend.
