Interview

I had the pleasure of meeting Rene and Mary for an article I wrote last winter for Maryland's Health Matters magazine. My coworker (who came along to take photos) and myself were instantly impressed with both of them. We sat for over an hour hearing Rene's stories of the past, touring their beautiful home, and learning about Rene's journey with cancer in his later life. Upbeat and funny, Rene took obvious pride in his past career, the city of Havre de Grace, his friends and, most importantly, his family.

Myself and quite a few others at UM Upper Chesapeake Health were sad to hear the news. Our condolences go out to Mary and the family.
