Peter was a gift to the Timonium Ct. Neighborhood and to all those who had the honor and pleasure of knowing him. He was a delightful storyteller who entertained us with his witty observations and concealed (exceptional) intelligence. He will be missed by those who admired him and looked forward to sitting for a chat at his private bench. Farewell, my friend.
