My condolences to the Barker family. Jim will be missed. I enjoyed our many conversations together and appreciated his work on the many county projects we worked on together. Jim was very personable, generous and willing to help others. I pray God's strength, comfort and love be with the family in honoring those memories of Jim and his life.
