We have been blessed by God to have shared our lives with Aunt Zel. She showed us how to love without reservation, accept people for who they are. She gave us her heart, opened her home and defined for us what it was to be family. As a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother and grandmother she embraced all these aspects of her life and colored them only as she could. There are thousands of memories of Aunt Zel we possess, some funny, some somber, some poignant. All of them paint the beautiful portrait of Zelma Marie Breen that hangs in Our Family Gallery. She touched our lives in so many ways with her kindness,her gift of laughter, and her genuine love for living. Pass it on.
